The Configuration Management Administrator (CMA) manages changes to software systems components. The CMA is responsible for the software system’s repeatability, reliability, and rebuild ability. In other words, Configuration Management (CM) allows any authorized team member to retrieve and build any version of an  application at any time in a consistent, repeatable manner.

You will never receive "carbon-copy" services with SCM Concepts.  Your Personal Representative will get to know you and your project personally.  They will begin with the initial phone interview to provide and gather information.  An on-site interview is offered allowing you and your Personal Representative to begin developing your business relationship, your project goals, and your desired Configuration Management support.
